📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects, including buildings, roads, and bridges.
• Manage and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to address project needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising construction projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
