📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.,Schedule and plan vehicle maintenance and repairs, and coordinate with service providers.,Track and report on vehicle usage, performance, and other key metrics.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up to date.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
