📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and English-speaking team members.
• Assist in the translation and interpretation of documents, contracts, and other materials.
• Conduct market research and gather insights on Chinese business trends and preferences.
• Organize and participate in cultural events and team-building activities to foster a cohesive and inclusive work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the Chinese market and industry trends.
• Maintain and expand the company's network of contacts within the Chinese business community.
• Provide training and support to other team members on Mandarin language and cultural nuances.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns targeting the Chinese market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a language-related role, preferably in an international business environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
