📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create and design marketing materials such as banners, posters, and digital ads
• Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing campaign strategies
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency in branding and visual identity
• Assist in the creation of technical designs for digital and print media
• Monitor social media metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Design, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing principles
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
