📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cafe or restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations and improving performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and data analysis.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
