📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential candidates.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
