We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is beneficial.
