📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and supplies for surgical procedures.,Perform routine cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.,Inspect and maintain sterile processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Follow and adhere to strict sterilization protocols and guidelines.,Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure timely and efficient preparation of instruments.,Maintain accurate records of instrument usage and sterilization processes.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sterile processing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing or a related healthcare field.,Certification in sterile processing (e.g., TSSU, CSSD) is preferred.,Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant healthcare standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
