📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management.
- Manage and mentor junior business development staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure operational excellence.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Certification in business development or project management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
