📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of pastries and desserts, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Strong background in pastry and culinary arts.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Valid food handler's certificate.
