📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities on various sites in Bali.
• Ensure all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their tasks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource usage.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in construction management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
