Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and addressing inquiries.
• Manage inventory and restocking to ensure products are always available.
• Process transactions accurately using our in-store POS system.
• Promote sales and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
• Assist with store maintenance and organization to create a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
