📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
