📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs using the property management system (PMS)
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Manage front desk operations, including cash handling and reconciliation
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming guest experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali
