Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Assist in the development of training programs for employees,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
