PT Nagari Bhakti is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience to develop their skills in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process and input financial transactions into the accounting system.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide support to the accounting team in various projects and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
