📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.,Conduct initial phone screens and first-round interviews.,Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates.,Assist in onboarding new hires.,Provide administrative support to the HR team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Passionate about building relationships and helping people.
