📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers.,Develop and implement creative design strategies.,Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials.,Ensure all designs are on brand and meet client requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Manage design projects from concept to completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Excellent communication and team leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong understanding of design principles and trends.,Experience in leading and mentoring a design team.
