📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, including product knowledge, negotiation, and closing skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
