This role is crucial for ensuring our company's compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax planning strategies. As the Lead Tax Officer, you will be responsible for managing tax-related activities, providing expert advice, and ensuring accurate and timely tax filings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file all tax returns accurately and on time.,Conduct tax audits and investigations as required.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and advise on their impact.,Manage and mentor junior tax staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or similar).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
