In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and safely.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, either directly or by coordinating with external service providers.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
