📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the SAP HRIS system, ensuring its smooth operation.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on the use of the SAP HRIS system.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Handle user requests and issues related to the SAP HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the SAP HRIS system meets their needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP HRIS and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in system upgrades and new implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in SAP HRIS or similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HRIS modules, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in a night shift or flexible working hours is a plus.
