Leading and managing assurance engagements from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Ensuring compliance with PwC's quality standards and regulatory requirements.Providing exceptional service to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.Developing and mentoring junior professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in assurance services.Contributing to the development and implementation of new assurance methodologies and tools.Participating in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.Representing PwC at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in assurance services, with at least 5 years in a management role.Professional certification in assurance services, such as CPA, CMA, or CISA.Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and international standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of success in managing and delivering high-quality assurance engagements.Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.Experience working in a remote environment and using digital collaboration tools.🛠️ Keahlian
