📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HDB construction projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HDB construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and best practices.
