In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to the management team.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions accordingly.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
