The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting, with a proven track record of managing complex financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including tax calculations and compliance.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.,Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants and finance team members.,Lead and coordinate the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
