Airbnb is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Trust team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a team that is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our platform. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software systems that support Airbnb's trust and safety initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the reliability and availability of our systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software engineering.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for the Trust team.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with machine learning and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
