As a Business Performance Analyst at Cinepolis Indonesia, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our business is on track to meet its objectives. You will use tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to create comprehensive reports and dashboards. Your daily tasks will include data cleaning, data modeling, and data visualization, ensuring that our leadership team has access to accurate and timely information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business performance analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in data analysis (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
