📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using Point of Sale (POS) systems like LightSpeed or Square.
• Lead team meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with retail regulations and brand guidelines.
• Assist in visual merchandising to enhance store appeal and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as LightSpeed, Square, or similar.
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
