📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of maternity leave policies, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation practices.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to analyze compensation data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Design and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on compensation-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on Indonesian labor laws.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation strategies for e-commerce or retail companies.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
