📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, and activities using tools like Travelport GDS and Amadeus.
- Create detailed travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering client inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry news to offer the best advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and special offers.
- Assist in managing and maintaining client records and travel documents.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of travel strategies.
- Ensure all travel bookings and client communications are accurate and professional.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a consulting or customer service role.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems like Travelport GDS and Amadeus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
