As a Sales & Customer Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our luxury jewelry stores located in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves our stores satisfied and eager to return. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where your skills and passion for luxury jewelry will be put to the test.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable luxury gold jewelry.
• Drive sales by achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including the latest trends and collections in luxury gold jewelry.
• Assist in store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer check-out.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events.
• Ensure a clean and well-presented store environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new product releases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with luxury brand management and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Enthusiasm for the luxury jewelry market and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali.
• Willingness to travel between multiple store locations.
