📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of facility management and cleaning services.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance facility performance.
• Manage schedules and tasks using SAP and Excel.
• Ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Monitor and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained facility environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management and cleaning services.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for operational management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
