• Oversee and optimize the entire freight forwarding process, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to manage logistics operations.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle to track shipments, manage documentation, and analyze data.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and other service providers.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to junior staff to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle logistics software is a plus.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
