📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and business development.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on marketing activities and results.
• Assist in the development of business proposals and pitches for new market opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Certification in digital marketing or business development is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
