📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage tax compliance, including annual tax filings, VAT returns, and tax audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports using SAP and Oracle.
• Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor and reconcile financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Provide financial advice and support to the accounting team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax, accounting, and payroll management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial systems.
• Certification in tax compliance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
